WASHINGTON, Oct. 11 -- Rep. Ron Kind, D-Wisconsin, issued the following news release:
Today, as part of his Drug Pricing Action Plan, Rep. Ron Kind introduced the Better Transparency in Information for Medicare Beneficiaries Act of 2019. This legislation will increase transparency by providing notice to seniors when less expensive Medicare prescription drug plans are available to them.
