WASHINGTON, Oct. 11 -- Rep. Elijah E. Cummings, D-Maryland, chairman of the House Oversight and Reform Committee, issued the following statement in response to an appeals court ruling that Mazars USA, the accounting firm that prepared financial statements for President Trump, must comply with the committee's subpoena for the President's financial records:
