WASHINGTON, Oct. 11 -- Rep. Frank Pallone Jr., D-New Jersey, chairman of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, issued the following statement applauding the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals decision ordering the Energy Department to publish four Obama-era energy efficiency rules:
"Once again, the Trump Administration's efforts to ignore and subvert the law have been overturned.
