WASHINGTON, Oct. 11 -- Rep. Blaine Luetkemeyer, R-Missouri, issued the following column:
Over Congress' October work period, I spent a very productive two weeks in Missouri's Third District meeting with constituents. From home builders to medical technology professionals to families continuing to struggle with the effects of the devastating flooding over the summer, I met with a whole host of Missourians. I even spent a little time at the county jail.
