COLUMBUS, Ohio, Oct. 10 -- The Ohio Hospital Association issued the following statement by President and CEO Mike Abrams regarding the Health and Human Services Department announcement proposing modernizing the Stark Law on physician self-referral and the anti-kickback statute:
