WASHINGTON, Oct. 10 -- Rep. Michael Burgess, R-Texas, ranking Republican member of the House Energy and Commerce subcommittee on Health, on the Health and Human Services Department proposed Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute Reforms to support value-based and coordinated care:
