LIVERPOOL, New York, Oct. 9 -- JMA Wireless, a wireless communications company, issued the following news release:

JMA, a U.S innovator of 4G and 5G software-based technology, announced plans to transform a section of downtown Syracuse, NY, into an advanced 5G manufacturing and edge development center.
