PENDLETON, Oregon, Oct. 9 -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture's U.S. Forest Service unit - Umatilla National Forest - issued the following news release:
The Heppner Ranger District of the Umatilla National Forest is seeking public comment on the proposed West End Farm Bill Categorical Exclusion (CE) project (West End Project), located approximately 28 miles southwest of Heppner, Oregon. The Forest Service will be accepting comments on the proposal until Nov. 12, 2019.
