SOMERVILLE, New Jersey, Oct. 9 -- Rep. Tomaz Malinowski, D-New Jersey, issued the following news release:
Today, Representatives Tom Malinowski (NJ-7) and Bonnie Watson Coleman (NJ-12) sent a letter to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) requesting it immediately issue a stop work order for all of PennEast's land-clearing and construction-related activities.
