Allegiance Bancshares Set to Join S&P SmallCap 600

NEW YORK, Oct. 8 -- S&P Dow Jones Indices, a division of S&P Global, issued the following news release:

Allegiance Bancshares Inc. (NASD:ABTX) will replace Monotype Imaging Holdings Inc. (NASD: TYPE) in the S&P SmallCap 600 effective prior to the open of trading on Friday, October 11.

HGGC LLC is acquiring Monotype Imaging Holdings in a deal expected to be completed on or about that date pending final conditions.
