PAWTUCKET, Rhode Island, Oct. 7 -- Rep. David Cicilline, D-Rhode Island, chair of the Democratic Policy and Communications Committee, issued the following statement regarding President Trump's decision to withdraw U.S. forces from Northern Syria:
