WASHINGTON, Oct. 7 -- Rep. Mike Quigley, D-Illinois, issued the following statement on the death of Richard Pfeiffer, coordinator of the Chicago Pride Parade since 1974 and a member of Gay and Lesbian Hall of Fame:
