NEWARK, New Jersey, Oct. 4 -- Sen. Robert Menendez, D-New Jersey, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senators Bob Menendez and Cory Booker today announced that the New Jersey Department of Law and Public Safety has been awarded nearly $3 million in federal funding to bolster law enforcement efforts in cracking down on the illegal distribution of heroin and other opioids across the state.
