NEW YORK, Oct. 4 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York, Geoffrey S. Berman, issued the following news release:
Geoffrey S. Berman, the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, announced that CHRISTIAN DAWKINS was sentenced to twelve months and a day in prison, and MERL CODE was sentenced to 3 months in prison, after having been found guilty in May 2019 of engaging in a scheme to bribe multiple NCAA Division I men's college basketball coaches . . .
