Mark R. Killenbeck, the Wylie H. Davis Distinguished Professor of Law, will return to the United States Supreme Court to deliver the first lecture in the 2019 Leon Silverman Lecture Series. The general theme of this year's series is Dissenting at the Supreme Court.
