TRENTON, New Jersey, Oct. 4 -- The American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network issued the following statement by Government Relations Director Samantha DeAlmeida after New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy released the recommendations of the Electronic Smoking Device Task Force:
