JACKSON, Wyoming, Oct. 3 -- The Sierra Club issued the following statement by Lloyd Dorsey, conservation program manager at the Wyoming Chapter, on the Chronic Wasting Disease, which was confirmed in a mule deer in the Wyoming Range mountains:
