WASHINGTON, Oct. 3 -- Rep. Phil Roe, R-Tennessee, issued the following statement after the Justice Department announced $94,479 grants to the Washington County Sheriff's Office, Johnson City Police Department, Sullivan County Sheriff's Office, Kingsport Police Department, Morristown Police Department and Greene County Sheriff's Office:
