WASHINGTON, Oct. 3 -- Rep. Michael Burgess, R-Texas, ranking Republican member of the House Energy and Commerce subcommittee on Health, issued the following statement on President Trump's executive order entitled "Protecting and Improving Medicare for our Nation's Seniors":
