WASHINGTON, Oct. 3 -- Reps. Pramila Jayapal, D-Washington, and Debbie Dingell, D-Michigan, issued the following joint statement in response to President Trump's announcement of an executive order to bolster the privatization of Medicare Advantage, the private-sector version of Medicare:
