ELLSWORTH AIR FORCE BASE, South Dakota, Oct. 2 -- The U.S. Air Force's 50th Space Wing issued the following news:
Beginning Oct. 1, patients who are not assigned to a provider at a Military Treatment Facility will not be eligible to receive medications that are not on the Department of Defense Tricare formulary list.
Additionally, the pharmacy will not fill non-formulary medications from providers outside of the base MTF unless the beneficiary has been referred to that . . .
