During his in-district work week focused on improving rural infrastructure, Representative Antonio Delgado (NY-19) visited the Village of Hobart Department of Public Works in Delaware County with Hobart Mayor Aaron Kaufmann and Department of Public Works Superintendent Lucas McMullen to learn more about their water and wastewater facilities.
