WASHINGTON, Oct. 2 -- Rep. Andy Kim, D-New Jersey, issued the following statement on the establishment of the Oyster Creek Safety Advisory Panel by Gov. Phil Murphy, which will help oversee the decommissioning process of the Oyster Creek Nuclear facility:
