GALVESTON, Texas, Oct. 2 -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers issued the following news release:
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Galveston District, awarded a contract Sept. 23, to Corpus Christi Ship C Jetty Repairs in the amount of $22,875,046 to repair the Corpus Christi Ship Channel (Aransas Pass) Jetties in Nueces and Aransas counties, Texas.
The contractor will use a pipeline dredge to remove approximately 15.7 million tons of armor stone and 4.7 million tons of b . . .
