Metropolitan Transportation Authority Announces Updated Fine Structure for Bus Lane Violations Using New Bus-Mounted Camera Technology

NEW YORK, Oct. 2 -- New York City Transit, a sub-agency of New York State Metropolitan Transportation Authority, issued the following news release:

MTA New York City Transit announced today that the fines associated with bus lane violations captured using a new automated bus-mounted camera system will be subject to a new graduated fee structure starting at $50 and going up to $250 for repeat bus . . .
