WASHINGTON, Oct. 2 -- The Chesapeake Bay Foundation issued the following statement by litigation attorney Ariel Solaski:
The D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals today ruled against EPA in the "Bad Neighbor Rule" case. The Chesapeake Bay Foundation (CBF) was a party to the case, the State of New York, et al, v U.S Environmental Protection Agency.
