WASHINGTON, Oct. 2 -- Rep. David McKinley, R-West Virginia, issued the following news release:
Representatives David B. McKinley P.E. (R-W.Va.) and Marcy Kaptur (D-Ohio) introduce legislation to help food banks serve their their communities by providing funding for the transportation of food.
The Food Recovery Transportation Act, H.R. 4541 would establish a grant program to provide organizations involved in food recovery with funds for the transportation of donated food . . .
