EUGENE, Oregon, Oct. 2 -- Rep. Peter DeFazio, D-Oregon, issued the following statement urging University of Oregon leadership to resolve the labor negotiation impasse with a contract that honors the contributions of graduate teaching fellows and provides basic benefits and a living wage:
