PITTSBURGH, Pennsylvania, Oct. 1 -- ACA Connects issued the following statement by President and CEO Matthew M. Polka on the ruling by a panel of the Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit to uphold the Federal Communications Commission's determination that broadband Internet access service is an information service:
