WASHINGTON, Oct. 1 -- Sens. Roger Wicker, R-Mississippi, chairman of the Senate Commerce, Science and Transportation Committee, and Kyrsten Sinema, D-Arizona, issued the following statements after the District of Columbia Court of Appeals upheld the Federal Communications Commission's 2017 rollback of net neutrality rules:
