AUSTIN, Texas, Oct. 1 -- Austin-Bergstrom International Airport issued the following news release:
The Austin airport had its busiest August ever in 2019 with 1,521,746 passengers traveling through Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. This is an increase of 7.6% over August 2018. Year to date, passenger travel in Austin is up 8.78% compared to 2018 - the airport's busiest year on record.
