WASHINGTON, Sept. 30 -- The Nuclear Regulatory Commission issued the following news release:
The Nuclear Regulatory Commission has selected John Vera as the new resident inspector at the Wolf Creek Nuclear Power Plant in Burlington, Kan.
Vera joined the NRC in 2008 as a structural engineer in the Office of Nuclear Materials Safety and Safeguards at NRC headquarters in Rockville, Md. He transferred to the NRC's Region IV office in Arlington, Texas, in 2018, and has serve . . .
