WASHINGTON, Oct. 1 -- Rep. Frank Pallone Jr., D-New Jersey, chairman of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, issued the following joint statement with Rep. Michael Doyle, D-Pennsylvania, chairman of the Subcommittee on Communications and Technology, after the District of Columbia Court of Appeals vacated part of the Federal Communications Commission's 2017 rules that repealed net neutrality protections and opened the door for states to pass neutrality laws:
