In a maneuver to publicly spin the mayor's Friday 'offer' to CTU members, Lori Lightfoot announced today the creation of a website that lays out her contract proposals. The CTU is demanding that the mayor take that one step further, and begin to allow livestreaming of bargaining sessions.
