Today, House Committee on Veterans' Affairs Chairman Mark Takano (D-Cali.) is announcing a bipartisan congressional delegation, beginning October 1st through the 11th, to the Philippines, Guam, Northern Marianas Islands, American Samoa, and Hawaii.
