NEW YORK, Sept. 30 -- The U.S. Department of Labor issued the following news release:
The U.S. Department of Labor's Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) has entered into an early resolution conciliation agreement with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC to resolve findings of race and gender-based compensation discrimination.
Under the terms of the agreement, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC will voluntarily provide make-whole relief for approximately 600 affected . . .
