EAST LANSING, Michigan, Sept. 30 -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture's National Agricultural Statistics Service - Great Lakes Regional Field Office issued the following news release:
Michigan's total hog and pig inventory on September 1 was estimated at 1.24 million head, up 20,000 head from a year ago, according to Marlo Johnson, Director of the USDA, NASS, Great Lakes Regional Field Office.
