WASHINGTON, Sept. 24 -- Rep. Rosa L. DeLauro, D-Connecticut, chair of the House Appropriations subcommittee on Labor, Health and Human Services and Education, issued the following statement after the Labor Department released a final overtime pay rule:
"The Trump administration's new overtime rule leaves out millions of American workers who deserve a raise now.
"The biggest economic challenge of our time is that people are in jobs that do not pay them enough . . .
