SAN ANTONIO, Texas, Sept. 28 -- The Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities issued the following statement by President and CEO Antonio R. Flores on Sen. Lamar Alexander, R-Tennessee, objection to the passage of the FUTURE Act:
