WASHINGTON, Sept. 27 -- Rep. Eliot L. Engel, D-New York, chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, issued the following statement on the Trump administration's decision to cut the number refugees allowed in the U.S.:
"President Trump's latest attack on the refugee resettlement program is an outrage. At a time when there is a global refugee crisis with a record number of people desperately seeking safety, the number of refugees he has proposed to admit to the United State . . .
