WASHINGTON, Sept. 27 -- Rep. Albio Sires, D-New Jersey, chairman of the House Foreign Affairs subcommittee on the Western Hemisphere, Civilian Security and Trade, issued the following statement after the Trump administration signed safe third country agreements with Honduras and El Salvador:
"The latest agreements with Honduras and El Salvador, combined with the agreement signed with Guatemala in July, effectively eliminate the right of people from the Northern Triangle to seek . . .
