WASHINGTON, Sept. 27 -- Rep. Jesus Chuy Garcia, D-Illinois, issued the following statement in response to reports that the U.S. Census Bureau Data Acquisition Branch has requested driver and identity card information, including citizenship status, from motor vehicle administrators:
