WASHINGTON, Sept. 27 -- Rep. Henry Cuellar, D-Texas, issued the following statement after reports on the declassified whistleblower complaint and the memorandum of the telephone conversation with President Trump and Ukraine President Volodymr Zelensky:
"Let me be clear, I am concerned about the current allegations against the President of the United States.
