PEARL RIVER, New York, Sept. 27 -- Orange and Rockland Utilities issued the following news release, dated Sept. 24:
Orange & Rockland (O&R) is scheduled to begin a natural gas main replacement project on or about Sept. 25 on Summit Ave. in Spring Valley.
The project is expected to take about three weeks to complete and represents an O&R investment of approximately $324,000 in the neighborhood's natural gas infrastructure to strengthen and improve the reliabi . . .
