Cancer Action Network Issues Statement on Menthol Flavored E-Cigarette Rules

ALBANY, New York, Sept. 27 -- The American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network issued the following statement by Julie Hart, New York government relations senior director:
Governor Andrew Cuomo has announced that he is including menthol in his rule prohibiting the sale of flavored e-cigarettes.
Hart said:
"We are encouraged by Governor Cuomo's action recognizing the dangers posed to our youth by flavored e-cigarettes, including menthol.
