The Texas Organizing Project (TOP) on September 19, 2019, launched a petition demanding that Dallas County felony court judges fire Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton office's from representing them in the lawsuit against the county's bail system, and urging them to reform the system so that justice isn't available only to those who can afford it.
