WASHINGTON, Sept. 25 -- Rep. George Holding, R-North Carolina, issued the following statement regarding the release of the transcript of President Trump's telephone conversation with Ukranian President Volodymyr Zelensky:
"I just read the transcript.
"There was no quid pro quo and nothing that justifies impeachment.
"I think most folks have had enough of this circus.
