ALBANY, New York, Sept. 26 -- Gov. Andrew Cuomo, D-New York, issued the following news release:
Governor Andrew M. Cuomo today announced he has received and reviewed a recommendation from New York State Health Commissioner Dr. Howard Zucker to include menthol in the ban on the sale of flavored electronic cigarettes and nicotine e-liquids. He has accepted these recommendations and directed the Commissioner to convene an emergency meeting of the Public Health and Health Planning Counc . . .
