WASHINGTON, Sept. 26 -- Sen. Charles E. Schumer, D-New York, issued the following statement to celebrate the groundbreaking of Rochester's Veterans Affairs outpatient clinic:
"Today's ribbon-cutting of the long-sought new Rochester VA Clinic is a prescription for state-of-the-art care for our Rochester area veterans.
