WASHINGTON, Sept. 26 -- Rep. Jerrold Nadler, D-New York, chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, issued the following opening statement at the Subcommittee on Immigration and Citizenship hearing entitled "The Expansion and Troubling Use of ICE Detention:"
